Richard I. Geisenfeld is the founder of the Geisenfeld Investment Property Group. His family's involvment in real estate development dates back to the early 1970's. He has been involved in the real estate investment industry since 1990. Richard currently owns, develops, and manages retail & net leased properties by and through various entities across the U.S. Prior to the formation of Geisenfeld Investment Property Group, he was a Senior Investment Associate with Marcus & Millichap, the #1 Ohio agent, and in the Top 20 investment specialists in the midwest. The Geisenfeld Investment Property Group's recent closed transactions are in excess of $750 million.
Elliot Schneier is a partner of the Geisenfeld Investment Property Group. Elliot was also previously with Marcus & Millichap. Before joining Marcus and Millichap, Elliot's involvment in real estate included; production, sales, land acquisition, and equity brokerage. Since joining Elliot has been involved in the facilitation of nearly $200 million in commercial real estate. He currently specializes in single and multi-tenant retail but has experience in many other asset types. This year Elliot is also involved in placing $20 million of seed capital to various developers and capital groups. Elliot graduated from Florida State University.
Brett Lowery is an assistant with the Geisenfeld Investment Property Group. His responsibilities include database/website maintenance, direct & electronic mail campaigns, newsletter production/distribution and external media placement. He is currently a junior at the University of Dayton with a major in marketing.
