Richard I. Geisenfeld is the founder of Capital Commercial Partners. His family's involvement in real estate development dates back to the early 1970's. He has been involved in the real estate investment industry since 1990. Richard currently owns, develops, and manages retail & net leased properties by and through various entities across the U.S. Prior to the formation of Capital Commercial Partners, he was a Senior Investment Associate with a national firm, the #1 Ohio agent, and in the Top 20 investment specialists in the Midwest. The Geisenfeld Investment Property Group's recent closed transactions are in excess of $1 billion dollars with asset types including retail, industrial, office and more than 6000 apartment units.
Ronald J. Filian is a partner of Capital Commercial Partners recently formed Chicago office. Mr. Filian will focus on the firm’s expansion efforts into the Chicago marketplace. He has a wealth of business experience and has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to many business owners. With over 17 years of entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Filian has extremely high ethical standards and acts on his fiduciary responsibility for his clients. He has the foresight to see the big picture in a deal and as a skilled negotiator can bring all parties to a successful transaction. Mr. Filian holds licensure in several disciplines and is continually responsible for more than $20 million dollars in placement and annual sales production.
Brett Lowery is an assistant with Capital Commercial Partners. His responsibilities include database/website maintenance, direct & electronic mail campaigns, newsletter production/distribution and external media placement. He is currently a junior at the University of Dayton with a major in marketing.
